Tilt Sensor Module Switch SW-520D

This Tilt Sensor Module detects the tilt thanks to 2 balls inside the sensor. After the tilt reaches a certain angle, these 2 small balls are separated from the connectors under the sensor and act as an open switch. When the sensor is upright, the balls close the switch by touching the connectors on the leg of the sensor. Sensitivity can be adjusted with the potentiometer on it. Thanks to LM393, the information from the sensor passes through the comparator and the status of the sensor can be monitored thanks to the LEDs on it.

1, the wiring of the module wiring diagram see below, are described in detail;

2, switch module output depends on the angle of the switch is turned on and off, when the angle switches off, DO output high angle switch is turned on, DO output low;

3, the output can be directly connected to the microcontroller through the microcontroller to detect high and low, thereby detecting the angle change;

4, the output of the module can directly drive relays, which can be composed of a high-power switching angles to protect electrical equipment and other products when dumped automatic power-off function.
